  • License: You retain ownership of your photos, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process your images through third-party AI tools to provide the App’s services.

3. AI Accuracy Disclaimer

Roy utilizes Artificial Intelligence to analyze and describe images.

  • No Guarantee: You acknowledge that AI-generated descriptions may be inaccurate, biased, or incomplete.

  • User Risk: The App is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Do not rely on AI output for any critical, legal, or safety-related decisions.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App, including AI inaccuracies or data breaches. The App is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis.
