Data Deletion Instructions
At Roy, we respect your privacy and provide you with full control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you may do so using any of the methods below.
1. In-App Deletion (Immediate)
The fastest way to remove your data is directly through the app:
Open the Roy app.
Navigate to your Profile or Settings menu.
Select Delete Account.
Confirm your choice. This will permanently delete your profile, email, and all uploaded images from our database and storage servers immediately.
2. Email Request
If you no longer have the app installed, you can request manual deletion:
Send an email to schin@hireroy.net.
Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
Include the email address or username associated with your account.
We will process your request and permanently purge your data from our systems within 30 days.
3. Revoking Facebook Permissions
To stop the app from accessing your Facebook information in the future:
Log into your Facebook Account.
Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
Click on Apps and Websites.
Find Roy and click Remove.
