Sebastian Chinsky ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Chat Classic AI mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Third-Party Services

We use OpenAI's GPT-4o model to power your agent. Your messages are sent to OpenAI's API for processing. Please review OpenAI's Privacy Policy for details on their data handling practices. https://openai.com/policies/row-privacy-policy/

Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. Passwords are securely hashed and never stored in plain text.

Conversation Data: Messages you send to and receive from your AI agent are processed to provide the service. Conversations are stored in your private workspace.

Usage Data: We do not collect anonymous usage metrics such as session duration and feature usage to improve the app

Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Apple or Google through In-App Purchases or Subscriptions. We do not collect or store your payment card details.

Data Storage and Security

Your workspace data is stored on secure, isolated cloud infrastructure. Each user's workspace is completely separated from other users. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest.

Data Retention

Your conversation history and files are retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us or deleting the account in the app.

Children's Privacy

Chat Classic AI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below, or delete your account within the app/

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of Chat Classic AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
